International Security Policy Certificate Program The International Security Policy (ISP) Certificate Program provides students with a shorter graduate program experience. The ISP certificate is awarded upon the completion of 12-15 semester hours of graduate courses from the following lists: Prerequisites for the Certificate If a student does not have at least three courses in Political Science as an undergraduate (including American Government), prior to taking the required coursework he or she must take PSC 600. Required Courses Regional Studies Decision-Making in Foreign and Security Policyand one of the following two courses: American Foreign Policyor National Security Strategy and Policy Electives (choose one) American Foreign Policy National Security Strategy and Policy Issues in Security Policy The Public Policy Process
